I am a multi-discipline minister and an ordained minister in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), working at the intersection of formation, leadership, and community life.

My work is shaped by both theological and social formation. I studied Sociology and Religion at Texas Christian University and earned a Master of Divinity from Vanderbilt University, grounding my approach in both human systems and the life of faith. I have also completed Intentional Interim Ministry training through the Interim Ministry Network and leadership development through the Walter and June Wink Fellowship with Auburn Seminary, focused on cultivating communities shaped by hope.

I currently serve in church leadership, where I design and lead initiatives that foster belonging, connection, and meaningful engagement. Alongside this, I work in public education and nonprofit spaces, developing feedback systems and data-informed strategies that strengthen programs and support large-scale communities.

Across these roles, one thread has remained consistent: helping people and communities understand what is actually happening beneath the surface and creating the conditions for thoughtful, sustainable change.
